While waiting two months for my shoes to ship, I started to worry that the good reviews on here were fake. For anyone else in my position, I’d like to pass on a few things from my experience. First, the company was prompt in responding to my emails, though they never did provide any delivery estimate. The first time I got a short, canned email. The second time their response had a slight feeling of ‘customer service rep panicking as they try to put the fires out.’ They explained they were having logistical issues due to covid. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I settled in to wait. Second, they didn’t email me a tracking number, it was sent through text on Whatsapp, which I found odd. Maybe that’s their only method of providing tracking and why so many people aren’t getting a notification? From that point the shoes took about two days to arrive, packed well, in original box and look new and legit. Ultimately, if I’m looking for shoes and can’t find them anywhere but on Kickscrusher, or if they have a better price, I would order from them again. As long as I’m not in a rush to get them, just in case.
