I was hesitant, not gonna lie, but tracking information was emailed within a few hours of placing the order and the site was easy to navigate and use. PayPal as an option is always great and allows for a lot more confidence. Shoes arrived within a week and the box was in a very sturdy box and packed well. Better than most major retail shoe stores. Adidas ultraboost were perfect, I order from adidas direct all the time and imo they are 100% genuine – had about a 3 week wait in total (or 2 weeks in working days) and not cheaper than adidas but my size had sold out everywhere in Europe so Kickscrusher came through. I had one interaction with customer service around the 7 day mark to check progress and they said that it’s 7 days to process the order, and then up to 7 days to send. Came via FedEx signed so no messing about with bad rep couriers dumping the box on the street either. Was worth the wait as these were must haves for me.

U guys should require signature or something they just left my package on the floor and I live on a busy street it could have easily been stolen. Lucky thing my next door neighbor held it for me.
