Initially, I was very sceptical as I never heard about Kickscrusher before but it turned out to be great in the end. I am very happy with my purchase! Excellent value for money in comparison to a ordinary shop shoes/websites. The shoes arrived on time with the right number that I ordered. Ps: the shoes are legit and 100% original as I made a comparison with other ones from the same brand. Highly recommended!!!

Order on June 29. It’s been 20 days (13 business days) and my order still on processing. Contacted them on June 30 and said that my order is being transferred to the center for quality control. Contacted them again yesterday July 19 and replied with the same answer that my item is still being transferred to quality control. I know that it takes 3-12 business days to process an order but its been 3 weeks now. I’ll give them another week and if my order is still on processing I will just cancel my order and file a dispute to Paypal. I’ll update my review if they are able to ship my order after a week. Update: After 4 hrs from posting this comment I finally got my tracking info. Item shipped on July 19 and delivered today July 21. Item is authentic. Box undamaged. Thanks Kickscrusher finally got my shoes after a month of waiting.

I forgot to include apt.# on my order, sent an email requesting it to be added. I received a response within a day advising the apt # would be added. Not only was it added, I received daily tracking updates, notice it was slightly delayed and then confirmation when it was delivered, on the day reported. Very pleased with their customer service and product.
